Vision

Our aspiration at the Mash International School of Business

At the Mash International School of Business, we envision a future where every individual, regardless of background, can push the boundaries of entrepreneurship and leadership. Our vision is to create a learning environment that doesn't just follow trends; it leads them. Still, it initiates them – a space where creativity, integrity, and international perspectives converge to shape the leaders of tomorrow. We believe that business education must go beyond textbooks and classrooms; It should be a transformative experience that stimulates minds, sparks enthusiasm, and instills a deep sense of purpose.

Mission

Our mission is to build an exceptional school – a centre for innovation, collaboration, and innovative ideas. We aspire to create an environment where students not only study the business world but actively immerse themselves in it, taking on real-world challenges and making meaningful changes. We envision a future where our graduates are not just accomplished professionals but visionary leaders who inspire positive transformations in their industries, communities, and beyond. We are committed to developing an academic program that is as dynamic as the business environment itself. Our goal is to integrate classic principles of leadership and strategy with new technologies and innovative methods. We want our students to become agile thinkers, with the skills to manage uncertainty and the courage to lead with integrity.

A word from the director, Paris Campus

In a world undergoing rapid transformations, shaped by technological advances, changing market landscapes, and unprecedented challenges for the planet, the Mash International School of Business is on a mission to provide a globally minded education that puts people at the heart of everything we do.

Our programs provide students with a solid foundation in areas such as management, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation, among others. At a time when environmental and social responsibility are integral to business success, our business training focuses on ethical practices, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable business models.

Our goal is to develop individuals who are not only prepared for today's business world but who will also shape the business landscape and our living space of tomorrow.

Pascal Mallen

A word from the director, Lyon Campus

For the past fifteen years, I have led higher education institutions with a strong conviction: education transforms trajectories and reveals potential. My mission has always been to guide each student toward success by designing innovative programs aligned with the real needs of businesses and the evolving demands of professions.Combining academic excellence, human proximity, and strategic vision has guided every one of my actions. It is in this spirit, and with the same passion for knowledge transmission and pedagogical innovation, that I approach my new role today. I am taking on the leadership of the Mash International School of Business campus in Lyon with the same high standards and the same passion. I am joining a committed team, convinced that education must remain a strategic priority in a rapidly changing world.

The emergence of artificial intelligence is reshaping organizations, professions, and behaviors; our responsibility is to prepare students for this transformation with clarity and ambition. Our pedagogy fully integrates AI, supported by a recognized label in this field, while keeping the human dimension at the center of learning. We foster emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and adaptability — key skills for the world of tomorrow. True to our Learning by Doing philosophy, we place action and experimentation at the heart of the academic experience. I have deep faith in every generation. Our role, as a school and as partners to businesses, is to provide them with the confidence, methods, and tools to achieve sustainable success.

I want to instill in them the belief that every difficulty can become a stepping stone for growth. That they make the most of their youth with enthusiasm, boldness, and responsibility. That they innovate, continue learning, and create new value: as Kondratieff wrote, economic cycles evolve through innovation, and the future belongs to those who dare to build it with optimism.

Optimism is the faith of revolutions.” (Jacques Bainville)
